Open a support ticket

The support Anthony IT Solutions is accessible 7 days a week via tickets from the customer area. This guide details the creation, priorities, follow-up of responses and good practices for the rapid processing of your request.

When do you open a ticket?

  • Technical problem on an active service (VPS down, inaccessible game...)
  • Invoicing or renewal issue
  • Delayed delivery or order error
  • Upgrade request, migration or advanced configuration

Create a ticket

  1. Customer space → Tickets or /dashboard/tickets
  2. New ticket
  3. Clear and descriptive subject (e.g. "VPS #1234, SSH timeout since this morning")
  4. Priority: Low / Medium / High (real emergency only)
  5. Body: details, start time incident, error messages, steps already tried
  6. Link the service concerned if the form offers it
  7. Send, ticket number displayed
The more accurate your ticket (IP, VMID, logs, captures), the faster the resolution. Avoid "it doesn't work" without context.

Follow-up & responses

  • Status : Open, Ongoing, Resolute, Closed
  • E-mail notification to each support response
  • Answer in the ticket feed rather than multiply tickets
  • Reopen or comment if problem persists after "Resolved"

Time limits

Quick response target according to load and priority. Major production incidents: indicate impact business and number of users affected.

Before the ticket
