The dashboard is the home page after login: summary view services, invoices and tickets. This guide describes each block, the KPIs and shortcuts to current actions.
Access
URL: /dashboard, automatic redirection after login on /client.
& KPI Header
- Active services, total number online
- Payd figures, regularised history
- Unpaid payments, to be treated as a priority
- Open ticks, ongoing support requests
Recent services block
Table of the latest services with name, offer, status, expiration. Link See all → My services. Click a line for details and panel button.
Recent invoice block
Last invoices with amount and status. Full access: invoices.
