Ordering a VPS, Proxmox, web hosting or game server is done online from the public site, then tracking continues in the client area. This guide offers selection, options, payment and automatic delivery times.
Order path
- Choose an offer (e.g. VPS Linux, Minecraft, Proxmox)
- Configure duration, location, options (safeguard, IP...)
- Log in or create an account, register
- Checkout: pay in credits, by map (recurring Stripe subscription), transfer or Revolut
- Confirmation displayed + summary e-mail
Automatic delivery
Most services are provided automatically:
- VPS / games, a few minutes, panel access in My Services
- Web, hosting panel + DNS to configure
- Proxmox VDS, variable delay, "ongoing" status if applicable
- Dedicated, manual intervention, ticket or e-mail with niche
Check balance sufficient credits before validation. A failed card payment leaves the order waiting.
After order
- See My services, technicalpanel
- Download invoice, invoices
- Expiration date visible on service sheet, renewal
