Renew or upgrade a service

Each service Anthony IT Solutions is charged per period (monthly, etc.). This guide explains how renew before expiry, upgrade to a higher offer and add options (safeguard, IP) from My Services.

Follow Expiry

Scoreboard: services near maturity
Service sheet : expiration date, remaining days, color chip
E-mails reminder before expiration (depending on configuration)

Automatic renewal (card Stripe)

If the service has been paid by bank card, it is automatically renewed at maturity for the same duration, by Stripe debit. To stop it: service sheet → disable automatic renewal before the next deadline. The period already paid remains due.

Manual renewal

My services → select the service
Renewal section or button Renew
Choose duration if proposed
Pay in credits, transfer, Revolut, or by card if the automatic subscription is not active
Date of expiry updated after confirmation

Reminders before expiry

Reminder e-mails can be sent before the deadline. Transfer, Revolut and credits remain one-time payments: the renewal is then manual from the customer area.

After expiry, the service may be suspended and then discontinued according to CGV. Renew before the deadline or contact support.

Formula upgrade

Service sheet → Upgrade or change offer
Select new formula (more RAM, vCore, slots...)
Validate pro rata or invoicing difference
Restarting or rescheduling according to type of service

VPS/Proxmox automatic backups

Early termination

According to CGV, possible termination with deduction and recredit in credit shop. Open a ticket for formalized application.
