General Terms of Use (GTC)
1. Subject matter
These General Terms of Use (GTC) define the rules for access and use:

- the hosting platform cloud.anthony-it-solutions.fr;
- Client space, management panel and associated services (support, billing, documentation).
They complement the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), which govern the business relationship when you subscribe to a paid service.
2. Publisher
The services are edited and operated by Anthony IT Solutions (SIREN 923 415 152), 251 impasse of the Great Barriers, 74270 Musièges, France.
The infrastructure is hosted on the servers of Anthony IT Solutions, in France, datacenter Equinix PA5 (Aubervilliers).
3. Service access and customer account
- Access to the customer area requires an account created with accurate information.
- You must be of age and have the legal capacity to contract, or act with the permission of a legal representative.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and any action taken from your account. In case of suspected unauthorized access, change your password and contact the support without delay.
- Anthony IT Solutions may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of GTC/GTC, fraud or prolonged inactivity after notice of formality where required by law.
4. Permitted use and prohibitions
You agree to use the site and services fairly and in accordance with the law. The following are prohibited:
- attempts to unauthorised access systems, source code or data from other clients;
- abuse of resources (overload, spam, network attacks);
- publication or hosting of unlawful, defamatory, infringing or privacy-infringing content;
- unauthorized resale or sublease of services;
- circumvention of technical protection measures (anti-DDoS, quotas, contractual limitations).
Details of acceptable infrastructure uses (VPS, games, web) are also included in CTG and specific conditions VPS.
5. Intellectual property
The site, panel interface, documentation, logos and visual identity of Anthony IT Solutions are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction, extraction or reuse is prohibited.
You retain ownership of your hosted content. You grant Anthony IT Solutions a limited license for hosting and technical processing of such content, only for the provision of the service.
6. Personal data and cookies
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (GDPR).
Cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation (session, security) and, where appropriate, audience measurement tracers may be used. You can configure your browser to limit them.
7. Availability and maintenance
Anthony IT Solutions strives to ensure accessibility of the site and customer space. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, security updates or infrastructure incidents. Status information is available on the page Status where applicable.
8. Liability
Anthony IT Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect damage related to the use of the site or panel, within the limits permitted by law.
Links to third-party websites do not commit Anthony IT Solutions as to their content. You access these resources under your sole responsibility.
9. Modification of the EGUs
GUCs can be updated at any time. The current version is the one published on the site on the date of consultation. In the event of a substantial change, information may be disseminated via the customer area or by e-mail.
The continued use of the service after publication shall be deemed to be acceptance of the amended EMCs, subject to consumer rights.
10. Applicable law and disputes
