Anthony IT Solutions has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) within the meaning of Article 37 GDPR; the above contact point deals with requests for your data.
2. Data collected
Depending on your use, we can treat:
- Identity and contact: surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address (invoicing).
- Customer account: Identifier, password (securely stored / minced), order history and ticket history.
- Facturing: transactions, amounts, means of payment and, in case of subscription, the identification of the means of payment kept by Stripe for recurring levies (full bank data do not pass through our servers).
- Technique: IP address, log-in logs, panel activity logs, session cookies.
- Support: contents of your messages and attachments.
The data you host on our servers (websites, databases, files) is your responsibility as the controller for your own users.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Performance of contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR): account creation, provisioning, billing, support, service management.
- Legal obligation (art. 6.1.c): retention of accounts, response to authorities.
- Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f): security, combating fraud, improving the service, aggregated statistics.
- Consent (art. 6.1.a): when required (e.g. certain marketing communications, non-essential cookies).
4. Recipients and subcontractors
Your data is accessible to the authorized teams of Anthony IT Solutions and, to the extent necessary, to our subcontractors:
- Payment : Stripe (including for recording the means of payment in case of recurring subscription);
- Infrastructure : physical hosting in France (datacenter Equinix PA5, colocation); servers operated by Anthony IT Solutions;
- Communication: sending transactional emails.
We do not sell your personal data. Any transmission outside the European Union would be subject to appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decision) where applicable.
5. Location and hosting
The production infrastructure is located in France, data centre Equinix PA5 (Aubervilliers). The servers are owned by Anthony IT Solutions and physically hosted at Equinix.

6. Shelf life
- Active account: duration of the contractual relationship.
- After closing: billing data retained 10 years (accounting obligations); security logs up to 12 months unless required or disputed; other data deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time.
- Prospection: 3 years from last contact for non-clients.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: access control, communication encryption (HTTPS/TLS), backups according to the subscribed options, monitoring and hardening of systems. Since no measures are infallible, we invite you to secure your access and perform your own backups.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the following rights under the terms and conditions of the GDPR:
- Access and copy of your data;
- Rectification of incorrect data;
- Erasing ("right to be forgotten") where applicable;
- Restriction of treatment;
- Opposition for legitimate reasons;
- Portability of the data provided, where processing is automated and based on contract or consent.

9. Cookies and tracers
Cookies can be stored for:
- the operation of the site and session (strictly necessary);
- safety and prevention of abuse;
- the hearing measure, subject to your consent when required.
You can manage cookies via your browser settings. Refusal of certain cookies may limit certain features.
10. Minors
Our services are not intended for persons under the age of 18 without parental permission. We do not knowingly collect data on minors.
11. Changes
This policy can be updated. The date of last update is at the top of the page. In the event of a substantial change, information may be disseminated via the customer area or by e-mail.
