Each active service has a technical management panel: VPS (power, console, reinstall), Proxmox (VNC, monitoring), game server (console, files), web hosting. This guide explains the path My Services → Control Panel.
Access path
- Log in to the customer space
- My services → complete list
- Click the service or Manage
- Details: resources, expiration, billing
- Button Control panel / Open Panel

The panel often opens in a dedicated tab (

Service suspended
Panel inaccessible if expired or unpaid, regularize via invoices and then try again.
Panel access problem
- Popup blocked, allow new windows
- Error 403, session expired, log back in
- Provisioning service, wait for active status
