The ideal TPS (ticks per second) is 20. Below, the "lag" server. The goal is to keep a TPS stable even with players and plugins.
Allocate RAM & flags
Use a Paper (optimized) base and flags Aikar for the picket. Set the RAM according to your offer without allocating everything:
- Leave a system margin (do not allocate 100% of RAM)
- Enable Aikar flags in boot settings
