Create e-mail accounts on web hosting

The mail included in theweb hosting Anthony IT Solutions allows addresses [email protected] Professionals with webmail, IMAP/SMTP and anti-spam.

This guide creates boxes, alias, configures client mail and prepares SPF/DKIM for delivability, see also DKIM and DMARC.

What you need

• Area on hosting
• Panel
• MX pointing to Anthony IT mail server
• Strong password per box

Create Mailbox

1. Panel Mail

   My Services → Manage → E-mail.

2. New account

   Address + password + quota.

3. Quota

   According to formula, quotas.

4. Webmail

   Roundcube/SOGo URL in panel.

Alias and redirections

1. Alias

   contact@ → multiple recipients.

2. Redirection

   info@ forward to external Gmail.

3. Catch-all

   Avoid, magnet spam.

4. Lists

   Newsletter: preferred dedicated service.

Client Configuration (IMAP)

Test sending/receipt before production.

Sending from the site (PHP)

1. SMTP auth

   Use SMTP panel, not naked mail().

2. WP Plugin

   WP Mail SMTP, FluentSMTP.

3. Port 587

   Mandatory authentication.

4. Limits

   Fair-use mutualized shipment.

DNS authentication

• Purger spams regularly
• Annual IMAP Backup
